Spicy Andouille and Rice

Here is a recipe for you that is a super easy, quick and nutritious meal that anyone can whip up! A complete, whole meal that doesn’t even need a side dish to go with it. I’m blessed to have a brother in law who also doubles as an amazing chef – who gave me this andouille, and I came up with the recipe to go with it. As a side note – Andouille is a bit higher on the spicy scale than say, your classic kielbasa, which has no spice at all. When I had this for lunch the day after, it had only gotten spicier.. So if you’re not into spicy, just throw in that kielbasa, and it will work just as well. ¬†Over all, it’s a healthy, easy meal that anyone will love.
