Easy, Fresh Guacamole

I’ve never been a huge fan of Mexican food, but I’m learning to like it a lot more as I make it myself at home. It’s just one of those foods that has to be hot and fresh for me to really like it. This is a great, easy, healthy, clean and fresh Guacamole recipe that everyone will love. Creamy, fresh avocados with fresh diced tomato, and the lime juice makes it amazing. The red onions are a little strong for me – so you may want to leave those out if you’re like me… But with our nachos we had with this dip it was delicious! Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments 🙂

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1/2 roma tomato, diced
  • 1/4 of red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 diced jalapeno – omit if you don’t want the spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • salt and pepper

  • Scoop insides of avocado into a medium size bowl, dispose of skin and seed
  • Mash the avocado with a fork until almost smooth
  • Add the diced tomato and onion
  • Add the cumin, salt and pepper
  • Squeeze in the lime juice
  • Mix well and enjoy!

Happy baking!
