Hawaiian Crockpot Wings

These crockpot wings were really quick and yummy. I LOVE crock pot meals!! They make life so much easier! I basically just used sweet baby ray’s bbq sauce and added a few ingredients to enhance it and give it extra Hawaiian tropical flavor! Hope you enjoy!

  • 6 full chicken wings, cut in half and wing tips removed
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks, diced
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
  • juice of one lime
  • zest of one lime
  • 1 cup of sweet baby ray’s Hawaiian bbq sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

  1. Spray inside of crock pot with nonstick spray or drizzle with a little olive oil
  2. Cut chicken wings in half and dispose of the wing tips or use them to make stock
  3. Place wings skin side up in crock pot, sprinkle with the spices
  4. Mix together the pineapple chunks and juice, lime juice and zest, with the bbq sauce
  5. Pour over the wings evenly
  6. Cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 4-6 hours, and enjoy!!

I told you it was quick and simple! 🙂

Happy baking!
